  Very bad experience ever. It was my first time to get refusal to get in a club. I did not understand why i can't get in? What this place stand for? Where is your customer service? I was waiting in queue but the guard wasn't let me go inside with the reason that someone there didn't want me to get in. That wasn't make sense! I need the reason why? I see some comments, they had same situation.

  Bartenders were very rude at the bar when you walk in. When my friend went to pay for her drink with her phone the bartender threatened to kick her out because her phone was taking a bit of time to process the payment.
  When I ordered a different bartender slammed the drink and the credit card machine down on the bar and glared at me. A stranger came up to me after who witnessed the interaction to check on me and said I did nothing wrong. That was nice of them.

  Attended the club on Saturday the 25th of June. The bartender Sam downstairs was absolutely the best bartender I’ve had serve me. His attitude made the night of my partners 25th he was so outgoing involving himself with all of us. Sam didn’t stop being the out going amazing person he was even at 3am. Sam definitely makes a name for the beat massive impact and a positive people person. Will attended again because of Sam!

  Last Saturday night, just after midnight or
  thereabouts, I attempted to access your
  venue, but I was refused entry at the door.
  Your Security at the door didn't scan my ID, I was not intoxicated , nor was I confrontational, loud or offensive to anyone. Additionally, I was well groomed, dressed and I presented my ID as instructed. The security at your door, didn't take my ID. He said 'I'm refusing
  you entry'. I asked on what grounds or for
  what reasons? He refused to explain. For
  your reference, I have never been to your
  club, and I seldom venture out to clubs. I
  have no criminal or violent history. What was clear about this incident is that I was the only person of colour in the queue. Me, along with everyone around, concluded - I was refused entry due to the colour of my skin! I won't ever contribute to your club or anything that it promotes again. This is disappointing and sad for all people of colour, and for your club, who brands itself as “a safe place for ALL people!…

  Lots of variation for music as there’s lots of different dance floors.
  Caution: tripping hazards everywhere! The floor is wild.
  Not sure why the “no drinking on the dance floor” exists.
  Security guards were pretty intense. I was standing below the AC unit just to cool off for a second (not in anyones way) and the dude was pretty intense yelling at me to move
